Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the Bali region, focusing on key areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including hotels, resorts, industrial facilities, and municipal projects, to promote Integra’s water treatment solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and features of our water treatment systems.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and technical team to provide customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management on a regular basis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in water treatment to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the water treatment, environmental, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of water treatment systems, filtration technologies, or related engineering concepts.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia for client meetings and site visits.
