Responsibility

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth for AI robotics, automation, and enterprise software solutions in Southeast Asia.
  • Identify and engage high-potential clients across key industries (manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, etc.) to expand market penetration.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and technology allies.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to client requirements and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, robotics, and automation to position Trust Recruit as a thought leader.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, robotics, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals (USD 100K+) with C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, robotics, IoT, or automation technologies and their business applications.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional Asian languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in Southeast Asian markets is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required (up to 30%).
