Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with local and international clients in the media and publishing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s media landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and content, to align sales strategies with company goals and product offerings.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Represent Media Grafindo at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in media, publishing, advertising, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
