Responsibility
- Engage with customers to identify their auto financing needs and present tailored solutions.
- Promote Toyota Capital Servicesâ financial products, including loans, leasing, and insurance options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with dealerships and internal teams to streamline the financing approval process.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience from application to approval.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes in auto financing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of financial products, sales principles, or automotive industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (training provided).
- Willingness to travel within Badung and surrounding areas as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
