Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the sales operations team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, logistics) to align sales operations with business objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data tools (e.g., CRM, Excel, BI tools).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP or sales management software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
