Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers in assigned territories.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to present and promote company products, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge is shared.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to healthcare professionals on product usage, benefits, and clinical data.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer interactions to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure seamless product distribution and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representation, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and the healthcare industry.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of the local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
