Responsibility
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Identify and target high-potential clients through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and hit targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to position our solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or professional services.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (or already based in the region).
