Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers in the coatings and adhesives sector.
- Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive project success.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in coatings, adhesives, or specialty chemicals.
- Strong understanding of industrial coatings, adhesives, and their applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
