As a Sharia Gold Sales Specialist, you will promote and sell Sharia-compliant gold investment products to a diverse clientele, including local residents, expatriates, and businesses. Responsibility
- Promote and sell Sharia-compliant gold investment products to individuals and businesses in Bali.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of Sharia-compliant financial products, ensuring compliance with Islamic finance principles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and tailor sales strategies to meet their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or Sharia-compliant products.
- Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products and Islamic finance principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with sales software is a bonus.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
