Responsibility

  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies to target key accounts in the Manufacturing and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, market conditions, and potential areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or business development, preferably in Manufacturing or Oil & Gas.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions in Manufacturing or Oil & Gas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving revenue growth.
