Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with international curriculum standards (e.g., Cambridge, IELTS).
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and interactive activities, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment to encourage student participation.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching methodologies and share best practices.
- Prepare students for standardized English proficiency exams (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL).
- Incorporate multimedia and technology to create dynamic, student-centered learning experiences.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- CEFR B2, IELTS 6.5, or equivalent English proficiency certification (mandatory).
- Bachelorâs degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (international or ESL experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about education with a creative and adaptive teaching approach.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (contract-based assignment).
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly advantageous.
