Responsibility
- Assist lead teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to students' needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students, reinforcing concepts and addressing learning gaps.
- Help manage classroom activities, ensuring a productive and positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
- Support the development of lesson plans, worksheets, and other educational materials.
- Encourage student participation and foster a love for learning through interactive and creative methods.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as grading assignments, tracking attendance, and organizing classroom resources.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to implement effective strategies for student success.
Qualifications
- Graduated from Junior College (JC) or A-Levels with a strong academic background.
- Passionate about education and working with students of varying ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
- Patient, adaptable, and able to think creatively to support diverse learning needs.
- Basic understanding of teaching methodologies and classroom management (training provided).
- Ability to commit to a part-time schedule with flexibility for weekends or evenings if required.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
