Responsibility
- Lead the development, evaluation, and enhancement of comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the School Director to identify training needs and design professional development programs for teachers.
- Conduct teacher hiring, onboarding, and performance assessments to ensure a high-caliber educational team.
- Monitor and analyze curriculum effectiveness through data-driven insights and implement improvements as needed.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to empower educators with modern teaching methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international educational regulations and accreditation requirements.
- Foster a culture of innovation by integrating technology and best practices into curriculum design.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for curriculum-related inquiries and provide guidance to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development, teacher training, or educational leadership.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing effective educational programs.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical theories, assessment methods, and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in hiring, training, and evaluating educators in a school or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and learning management systems (LMS).
