Responsibility
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and assess patient conditions with precision.
- Administer life-saving medical treatments, including CPR, wound care, and oxygen therapy.
- Operate and maintain ambulance equipment, ensuring readiness for all emergency scenarios.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient handover at hospitals.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records for medical and legal purposes.
- Drive ambulances safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and emergency protocols.
- Educate patients and bystanders on basic first aid and emergency procedures when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay updated on best practices.
Qualifications
- Valid Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification or equivalent (e.g., Paramedic license).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency medical services or a related field.
- Proven ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients safely.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional knowledge of Indonesian is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferably with ambulance/emergency vehicle experience).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
