Responsibility
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and adherence to sterilization protocols.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental examinations and procedures.
- Manage patient records, including digital charting and updating medical histories with accuracy.
- Handle front-desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and processing payments.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene best practices.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, health regulations, and infection control standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar healthcare role (fresh graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply).
- Certification in dental assisting or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage clinical and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in dental software (e.g., practice management systems) and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
