Responsibility
- Successfully complete the NCLEX-RN examination with the support of Shearwater Health’s comprehensive preparation resources.
- Participate in mandatory pre-departure training, including cultural orientation and U.S. healthcare system familiarization.
- Collaborate with Shearwater’s immigration team to ensure timely and accurate visa processing (H-1B, EB-3, or other applicable visas).
- Maintain open communication with program coordinators to meet all milestones and deadlines.
- Adhere to all U.S. nursing practice standards and ethical guidelines during and after relocation.
- Engage in continuous professional development opportunities provided by Shearwater Health.
- Represent Shearwater Health professionally in all interactions with U.S. healthcare employers and colleagues.
- Provide feedback on program effectiveness to help improve future sponsorship initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Current and active nursing license in Indonesia (or country of origin).
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (preferably in hospital settings).
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) with a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
- Commitment to relocate to the United States upon successful NCLEX-RN licensure and visa approval.
- Demonstrated adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and willingness to work in diverse healthcare environments.
- Ability to pass background checks, medical examinations, and other pre-employment requirements.
