Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
- Conduct regular health check-ups, screenings, and vaccinations for staff.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs.
- Educate employees on health best practices, including hygiene and disease prevention.
- Monitor workplace conditions to identify potential health risks.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing or equivalent; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a company nurse, occupational health nurse, or in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and occupational health standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Willingness to work on a project-based contract in Bali.
