Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and medical examinations for employees to ensure fitness for work.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Provide expert medical advice on occupational hazards, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
- Manage workplace injuries and illnesses, including emergency response and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with HR and management to create policies that promote employee well-being and reduce absenteeism.
- Conduct health education and training sessions for employees on topics such as stress management, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health information.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in occupational health to continuously improve workplace safety standards.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid license to practice medicine in Indonesia.
- Specialization or certification in Occupational Health is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health, clinical practice, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health regulations, safety standards, and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in medical software and tools for record-keeping and reporting.
