Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health screenings, including blood pressure checks, vision tests, and general wellness assessments.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs to prevent injuries and promote employee well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees, ensuring compliance with local and international health regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and management to assess workplace hazards and recommend ergonomic improvements.
- Organize and lead health education workshops on topics such as hygiene, stress management, and disease prevention.
- Administer vaccinations and manage immunization records as required by company policy or local health authorities.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for emergencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or in a similar role.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards or local equivalents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions in emergencies, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in medical software and Microsoft Office Suite for record-keeping and reporting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
