Responsibility
- Provide confidential counseling and psychological support to employees.
- Develop and implement mental health programs and workshops.
- Conduct mental health assessments and provide appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with HR to address workplace stress and promote well-being.
- Offer crisis intervention and support during critical incidents.
- Educate employees on mental health awareness and coping strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all counseling sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Licensed or certified psychologist with relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in corporate or organizational psychology is a plus.
- Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
