Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and healthcare standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation.
- Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment in compliance with infection control and hygiene standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications
- Active PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO healthcare setting or hospital environment.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
