Responsibility
- Plan and carry out nursing duties in accordance with clinic protocols and standards.
- Organize and manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Provide effective nursing care to patients, including pre- and post-operative care for eye procedures.
- Assist eye specialists during consultations, examinations, and surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on eye health, treatment plans, and post-operative care.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive and compassionate patient care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably in ophthalmology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
