Responsibility
- Provide compassionate and personalized one-on-one care to seniors during home visits.
- Assist with daily living activities, including mobility support, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
- Engage seniors in cognitive and social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in the health or behavior of clients to the care team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and client progress.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Adhere to all healthcare protocols, safety guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall quality of life for seniors.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (Staff Nurse or Enrolled Nurse) in Indonesia.
- Previous experience in elderly care, home healthcare, or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to caregiving.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- Willingness to travel to client homes across specified locations in Bali.
- CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
