Responsibility

  • Greet and assist patients with check-ins, registrations, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic management software.
  • Handle patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Process billing, payments, and insurance claims efficiently.
  • Coordinate between patients, doctors, and administrative staff to streamline clinic operations.
  • Provide clear communication regarding treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance patient comfort.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
