Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with check-ins, registrations, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic management software.
- Handle patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Process billing, payments, and insurance claims efficiently.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and administrative staff to streamline clinic operations.
- Provide clear communication regarding treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance patient comfort.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-first mindset.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
