Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance with local and international healthcare standards.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits across NHG’s facilities in Bali to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to investigate adverse events, near-misses, and patient safety incidents, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are in place.
- Design and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals on risk management, patient safety, and quality improvement best practices.
- Monitor and analyze clinical risk data, trends, and metrics to drive evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical risk management, providing guidance and support to senior leadership and frontline staff.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, accreditation agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance patient safety, reduce clinical errors, and improve overall healthcare quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification in Risk Management, Patient Safety, or Quality Improvement (e.g., CPHRM, CPPS) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical risk management, patient safety, or healthcare quality improvement, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management frameworks in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, ISO), and best practices in patient safety.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in conducting training and workshops for healthcare professionals on risk management and patient safety.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
