Responsibility
- Lead the strategic planning and development of Occupational Therapy services within the AH&P framework.
- Collaborate with healthcare leaders to assess, design, and implement evidence-based therapy programs.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for occupational therapy interventions.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to junior therapists and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies in service delivery.
- Drive stakeholder engagement to align therapy services with patient and community needs.
- Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation for occupational therapy initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or planning role.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, program development, or service improvement within healthcare.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices in occupational therapy.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in patient care delivery.
