Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and other statutory requirements.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
