As part of our in-house payroll team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely salary processing for our diverse workforce. You’ll collaborate with HR, finance, and regional teams to maintain compliance with local and international payroll regulations while leveraging cutting-edge payroll systems.

Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll for employees across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage tax calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Prepare and distribute payslips, salary reports, and financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations, including social security and tax filings.
- Assist in year-end payroll activities, including bonus calculations and annual tax reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in an MNC or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor compliance.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with multi-currency payroll and international employees is a plus.
