Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives and project execution.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project viability, profitability, and risk assessment.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and insights for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate financial tracking, cost control, and compliance with financial policies.
- Drive process improvements in financial operations, including automation and efficiency enhancements.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations for business expansion and investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance, with a track record of success in financial management.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience working in a multinational or dynamic business environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
