Responsibility
- Prepare and review corporate and individual tax returns for clients across multiple jurisdictions
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance
- Conduct tax research and stay current with Indonesian and international tax laws
- Assist with tax audits and represent clients before tax authorities when required
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and implement effective tax strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and tax provisions
- Prepare tax memos and technical reports for complex tax issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax department
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and international tax principles
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
