Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations, including bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and collections.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure financial records are audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Support tax compliance by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with tax advisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate or investment environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia or Singapore.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
