Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Prepare and execute payment runs, including domestic and international transactions, while maintaining strict deadlines.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including filing and digital documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance) to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Monitor vendor accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Support audits by providing documentation and clarifications as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, or a similar role (internships count).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of transactions with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for global collaboration.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and AP best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to remote or hybrid work setups in Bali.
