Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario modeling, to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and risk assessments.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market conditions.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities, revenue enhancement strategies, and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and economic indicators to provide proactive financial guidance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Mentor junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP/IFRS standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements, cost optimization, and financial strategy implementation.
- Highly analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
