Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support the finance team in processing settlements, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Contribute to tax compliance activities, including data collection, documentation, and coordination with external tax advisors.
- Monitor and assist in treasury operations, such as cash flow tracking, bank reconciliations, and liquidity management.
- Help manage claims processing, including verification, documentation, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial workflows.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and assist with special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and professional growth.
