Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general accounting entries.
  • Monitor and analyze cost structures, identifying opportunities for expense reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
  • Process payroll, vendor payments, and invoices while ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting by providing cost variance analyses and financial insights.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure full compliance with local and international financial standards.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and intercompany accounts.
  • Generate ad-hoc financial reports to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, cost accounting, or financial reporting (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPN, PPh, etc.) and financial compliance requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in cost control, inventory accounting, or hospitality finance is highly desirable.
