Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Support tax compliance and filing processes in coordination with external auditors.
- Provide financial advisory to internal teams on cost optimization and process improvements.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts with precision and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
- Experience in a global or multicultural setting is an advantage.
