Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address findings.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic financial planning.
- Handle tax computations, filings, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, documentation, and archiving systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
