Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor a team of cost accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures.
- Analyze cost variances and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal financial policies.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual cost audits to verify data integrity.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing actionable financial insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer goods industries is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Indonesian or Philippine financial regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
