Responsibility
- Contact debtors via phone, email, and in-person visits to negotiate payment arrangements and ensure timely debt recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including payment plans, promises to pay, and follow-up actions.
- Analyze debtor accounts to assess financial situations and recommend appropriate recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and customer service, to resolve complex collection cases.
- Ensure compliance with local and national debt collection regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, aging accounts, and recovery rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a firm but professional approach to debt recovery.
- Utilize collection software and CRM tools to track and manage debtor accounts efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in debt collection, financial services, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with CRM or collection software.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet collection targets.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed for in-person collections.
