Responsibility
- Contact and negotiate with clients to arrange repayment plans for overdue accounts.
- Monitor and track delinquent accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess credit risks and recommend account actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to ethical collection practices.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance and recovery rates.
- Identify and escalate high-risk accounts for further review or legal action.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing debt collection.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collections, finance, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with debt collection software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is required.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site model in Bali.
