Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis for products, services, and operational activities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage and maintain SAP costing modules, ensuring accurate data entry, allocation, and reporting.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with cost variances and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to develop and refine cost standards and budgets.
- Perform margin analysis and pricing evaluations to support strategic business decisions.
- Monitor and analyze inventory valuation, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Implement and improve cost control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in audit preparations and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficient in SAP (CO, FI, or MM modules) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, including standard costing, absorption costing, and activity-based costing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or FMCG industries is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
