Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensuring adherence to local regulations.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and liaise with external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to optimize financial performance.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is a plus.
