Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis to drive cost optimization.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
