Responsibility
- Conduct thorough electrical failure analysis on components, systems, and prototypes to identify root causes of malfunctions.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers) to test and validate findings.
- Document detailed reports of failure modes, analysis methodologies, and recommended corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, manufacturing) to implement solutions and improve product reliability.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in developing and refining testing protocols for new and existing products.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in electrical engineering and failure analysis.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality control procedures in all laboratory activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory or technical environment, preferably in failure analysis or quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and report writing.
- Familiarity with IPC standards, ISO 9001, or other relevant quality frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
