Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and oversee facilities development and renovation projects to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
- Manage CAPEX projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize facility performance and longevity.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, budgets, and outcomes to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in operations support services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, project management, or operations support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale CAPEX projects and facility renovations.
- Strong knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations relevant to healthcare facilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Facility Management (CFM) is highly desirable.
