Responsibility
- Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of aircraft mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components.
- Operate and maintain CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other precision tools to fabricate or modify aircraft parts.
- Inspect and test aircraft systems and components to ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, or CAAS standards.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for accurate part production and assembly.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues in aircraft systems.
- Document all maintenance and repair work in logbooks and digital systems for regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance teams to improve processes and safety protocols.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality control procedures in all tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an MRO Technician, Machinist, or Aircraft Mechanic.
- Certification in aviation maintenance (e.g., FAA A&P, EASA Part-66, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in CNC machining, precision measuring tools, and manual machining techniques.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, materials, and industry standards (e.g., FAR Part 43, 145).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy components and work in confined spaces or elevated platforms.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and team communication.
