Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights for senior management.
- Monitor and analyze real estate market trends, investment performance, and portfolio risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, track expenditures, and optimize cost efficiency.
- Assist in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and property valuations.
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Automate financial processes and enhance reporting systems for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Present financial data and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with contract-based roles and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP standards and regulatory compliance in financial reporting.
