Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for SEA and ANZ regions, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of market trends, sales performance, and cost structures to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, including pricing, inventory, and investment analyses.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights for regional and global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability.
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, providing variance analysis and recommendations for performance improvement.
- Support M&A and capital expenditure evaluations for regional expansion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CIMA) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or multinational environments.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of SEA/ANZ market dynamics, including currency fluctuations, tax implications, and regional business practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with a results-driven mindset.
