Responsibility
- Manage and enforce the company’s credit policies to minimize financial risk.
- Monitor and track outstanding debts, ensuring timely collections through proactive follow-ups.
- Negotiate payment plans with clients to facilitate debt resolution while maintaining positive relationships.
- Prepare and analyze credit reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements to collection strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and legal requirements related to credit and collections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit management, collections, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of credit policies, debt recovery processes, and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
