Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for key business segments.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and KPIs to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial strategies with financial goals.
- Monitor and analyze pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and customer segmentation to optimize revenue.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting commercial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial analysis, financial planning, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and financial modeling tools.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis languages is advantageous.
